Cheese Pancake Recipe
Ingredients:
1 cup all-purpose flour
1 teaspoon baking powder
1/4 teaspoon baking soda
1/4 teaspoon salt
1 tablespoon sugar
1 cup buttermilk
1/4 cup melted butter
1 egg
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
Instructions:
1. Preheat a griddle or large skillet over medium heat.
2. Whisk together the flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt in a medium bowl. Stir in the sugar.
3. In a small bowl, whisk together the buttermilk, melted butter and egg. Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and stir until just combined. Stir in the cheddar cheese.
4. Scoop 1/4 cup of batter onto the griddle or skillet. Cook until the pancakes are golden brown and the cheese is melted, about 3 minutes per side. Serve hot.
